The watch is highly sought after as the predecessor of the highly sought after Grand Seiko 6246-9000.

The 6218-8950 have a similar dial layout, identical day/date window, indices and handset as the 6246-9000.

The case of the 6218-8960 also features a no bezel case and hidden 4 o clock crown.

The watch case is in excellent condition with common hairline scratches seen. The watch dial and hands are free from any signs of aging. The acrylic crystal is in immaculate condition with minimal hairline scratches.

The watch comes on a brand new handmade top grained leather strap.
