Seiko SARA005 from 2008

For sale is a Seiko SARA005.

The watch features a high end calibre 4L25 beneath the beautiful champagne guilloche dial with a double domed sapphire crystal.

Introduced in the late 2000s, two calibres were produced under the 4L family (4L25 and 4L35) and were equipped in their upscale SARA collection.

Measuring just 3.6mm in thickness , the calibre is the thinnest automatic calibre Seiko has ever made till date.

The rotor of the calibre was finished differently with a spiral pattern to differentiate it from the calibre is the standard lines.

It is also worth noting that the 4L calibres were equipped with Swiss-style oscillating geared winding and Incabloc shock protection instead of their signature “Magic Lever” winding mechanism and Diashock.

The watch case is in immaculate condition with little signs of usage seen. The watch dial and hands are perfect condition with no signs of aging seen. The original sapphire crystal is free from scratches.

The watch comes a brand new handmade top grained leather strap. The original strap with original clasp will also be given.

Serial number has been covered for privacy.
