Seiko GMT World Time 6117-6010 from 1969 (Serviced)

The 6117-6010 is Seiko's third iteration in the World Time series. Measuring 38mm in diameter, the watch features masterpiece with stout, tapered lugs, an oversized but well integrated crown, and a striking dial full of color, texture, and finish.

The dial is a rich charcoal sunburst with azure blue segmenting the cities and mustard yellow and silver for indicating the 24hours time zone. The understated colours of the watch is joined by a popping red GMT hand for greater readability. 

The watch is in a well worn condition with signs of polishing seen on both the case and case back. Light scratches can be seen on the dial and light peeling can also be seen on the bezel. The crystal remains in pristine condition with common light hairline scratches seen. 

The watch was serviced in November 2020 and is ready to be worn for prolonged period before the next servicing is need. 

The watch comes on a brand new 19mm nato strap.
