Seiko 2517-3270 from1968

For sale is a Seiko 2517-3270.

Featured on the cover of Seiko's 1968 Catalog No.2, the Seiko 2517-3270 is one of the rare vintage Seiko diver to feature a red rotating bezel.

Seiko collectors might find the design similar to the poor man 62mas (such as the 7005-8050 and 7005-8099) and but it is worth noting that non of the poor man 62mas came with a red bezel.

Powered by the calibre 2517, the watch features an interesting quickset date feature where the date is quickset with repeated pulling and pushing of the crown.

The watch is in immaculate condition with little signs of aging seen other than some common hairline scratches seen on the crystal, case and bracelet.

The watch comes with its original Seiko signed bracelet that includes a unique latch system for micro adjustment. The original bracelet sticker is still intact.

Serial number has been covered for privacy.
