Grand Seiko 6146-8000 from 1969

For sale is a Grand Seiko 6146-8000.

The 61GS family is the first group of GS automatic movement beating at 36000bph.

Stringent regulations were imposed on the 61GS family which were regulated to the Grand Seiko standard of -3/+5 sec/day at the time of production.

The 6146-8000 features the highly sought after "Grammar of Design" that can be seen across different Grand Seiko.

The watch case is excellent with all original finishing and lines still  sharp. A small nick can be seen on the top right lug. The watch is immaculate condition with no obvious signs of aging or damage seen. The watch hands remain pristine with little signs of aging seen. The watch crystal is near perfect with one scratch between 10 and 11.

The watch comes on a brand new handmade top grained leather strap.
