The Citizen 4-310179Y is a hardly seen Alarm Diver from Citizen's Blackie collection.

A model from the vintage Citizen Blackie collection, it is easy to guess why Citizen went with that branding.

The entire watch is coated by a layer of black coating to increase the scratch resistant to the otherwise brittle aluminum alloy case.

The watch comes in a faceted cushion case making it wearable even for people with wrist below 6". The usage of aluminum alloy for the case construction allows the watch to be much lighter than it should be.

The black inner rotating count-up bezel with the scale of 0 to 20 printed in silver and 20 to 60 in honey orange for easy time telling.

Lumes were applied to both the hands and indices for greater visibility in low light setting.

With the advancement of technology, the alarm function in our smart phone has replaced those in watches and clocks.
